Six (6) industrial knee milling machines with power feed for training purposes that meet the following technical specifications:
4.1.1. Must have a maximum dimension of (HxWxD) 150”x120”x100”;
4.1.2. Must have a table width between 12” – 14”;
4.1.3. Must have a table length between 48” – 52”;
4.1.4. Must have a minimum X Axis travel of 32”
4.1.5. Must have a minimum Y Axis travel of 14”
4.1.6. Must be powered by 600 volts, 3 phase;
4.1.7. Must have a quill with a diameter of a minimum 4” and travel of a minimum of 5”;
4.1.8. Must have the head tilt of 90 degrees both, left and right;
4.1.9. Must have a minimum 15” knee travel;
4.1.10. Must have a ball screw type lead screw on both the X and Y axis;
4.1.11. Must have a minimum feed rate of 0.5” per minute (IPM), and a maximum feed rate of 220 IPM on the X and Y axis;
4.1.12. Must have a minimum rapid traverse feed rate of 10 IPM and a maximum rapid taverse feed rate of 40 IPM on the Z axis;
4.1.13. The X axis and Y axis powerfeed must be power driven with variable speed and independent speed servo motors;
4.1.14. Must have a powered draw bar installed by the Contractor at time of delivery and 4.1.15. Must have a digital read out installed for X, Y, and Z axis;
4.2. The Contractor must provide an operator manual, maintenance manual, and parts manual.
4.2.1. Manuals must be in English or French.
4.2.2. Manual must be provided in paper and/or electronic format (PDF).
Installation
Installation must occur prior to March 31, 2024 in Canada
